I have received a call from the branch manager and a consultant
Currently - 2.5 weeks later the couch that went into repairs has still not been returned.
The other 2 couches are not in great condition either.
So Nelly from the Florida branch asked if they can collect those as well. Where we would sit on and how long that would take I do not even want to know
My question AGAIN would be - how is it possible to repair "NEW" couches, they are 3 months old but already looked aged, worn out and have been replaced and now repaired
Does Bears do a quality check on their couches - I do not think so
Problem: LOW quality couches, which have been replaced TWICE ALREADY
Solution: QUALITY, durable, long lasting (more than 2 years WITHOUT repairs) couches. Different supplier!
