On the 28th of October 2013 i made a payment of 3910.00 on my account. at edgars active in secunda
It was in arrears and i asked Dinkeng to give me the total amount that needs to be paid, so that i can close my account, he gave me the amount of 3910 and i paid that. on my slip it then said, that my current balance is -1, 99.
On the 3rd of November 2013 i went into the Edgars store to close my account. Cynthia then told me i have to pay another 481.74 in order to close it, as that is outstanding on my account. in a matter of 5 days, my balance went from -1.99 to 481.74? how is that possible.?? i am very upset with secunda edgars, and i feel if they did their job correctly, i would not have this problem.
