No Refund/Return Debit Orde

Good day,

I went to Clicks Wonderpark Yesterday and to my disgrace at the end of my shopping I paid with my Debit card - they cashier informed me that the payment was not authorized, but I showed him my sms from FNB and also went online on my phone to show that the funds was reserved for Clicks.
I had to pay cash in the end and he only informed me - if not refunded in - 48hours, please come back and bring a bank statement to proof it was not refunded.
1st - I do not stay near wonderpark-it's - 15 km away and 2nd - who is going to pay for my bank statement charges?
I have been a valued customer of clicks for years and this is not good service.
I will like to get feedback asap about this matter as money is still not showing in my account and I would like to know who will refund my bank charges, statement and petrol expenses for your error's?

My clicks acc no is: 0200087065538 - Amount paid was R125.15 and outstanding.
