I was at mathambo spar to do shopping I had my list with me and every time I took an item I was looking at the price and adding my grocery up, when I got at the till the cashier scanned staff and I asked her how much did the cheese scanned she said R85.99 then I told her on the shelf is R33.99 she told me that no ways it can never be that price cheese is expensive, she then called the supervisor she was not wearing a name badge and she told her she said yes that is the price I said to her on the shelve is not that price she told me maybe is the customers I will understand if it was one unit the shelve was fully packed I told them I don't want it and then another wrong price was the chocolate slab that priced R10.99 on the shelve but scanned R19.99 on the till I took the cashier to were they packed them because I did not want to ague with her she saw the price on the shelve then she took it called the supervisor they did nothing about I wanted that choc slab with the price that I saw but they said that they are the shelve parkers who did that is not my problem as the customer, they should have gave me what I wanted and solve their problems later but no it was poor service
