I bought a pair of shoes for my brother (who was not with me at the time of purchase) on the 29th October. Got home, he fit the shoe and it proved to be a bigger size. The very next day (30th October) I returned to the store to exchange the shoe and to my surprise the store refused to take the shoe stating that the shoe had been worn, all because the shoe had traces of dust, on it (and of course it would!! the shoe is fitted on the ground and not on a foam or a bed!!!). A lady by the name of Jenny came to explain why they would not accept the shoe. I then relayed the story as to why the shoe had traces of dust on it, she spoke to me as tho I was in kindergarten - belittling and derogatory. After this incident I decided to leave the shoe and not exchange it anymore. This was the worst service ever that a store would refuse to take a shoe based on a little trace of dust which was caused by the shoe being being fit. If this is how they treat their customers then they do not deserve to have any and they have definitely lost one in me.
