Poor service

Saturday I purchased a fridge with delivery. 26 January 2013. I was told delivery would be on Monday. I took a days leave in order to be home when the fridge arrives. Today 29 January 2013 at 17:19pm I have still not received my fridge. I have phoned Alberton game store the whole of Monday and Tuesday. Spending more money on calls then the actual delivery fee. I have gone into the store today to ask for my money back and Theo promised I would have my fridge when I get home. I'm home and still no fridge. Then I get a call from a strange number saying my fridge will be delivered. This is unacceptable I am so angry and the service is appalling.
