On 16 September I ordered a set of products from [URL Removed] On their web site they claim that the order is completed, and that the parcel is scheduled for delivery on 18 October by courier. After two phone calls and several emails I'm still waiting for delivery today, the 31st. Kalahari refuses to give me the courier's name and tracking number so I can follow up myself, but keep promising they'll follow up on my behalf. I'm still waiting.
[URL Removed] what is it going to take for you to deliver my parcel? Phoning and emails don't work...
With this kind of service I'm certainly not buying from you again.
