Went to Game Canal Walk on Saturday as I was in the area. Purchased 2 twinsaver roller towel that was on special. When I checked my slip I saw that I was overcharged. I paid the original price and not the markdown price. I only bought the item as it was a good deal. Paid R16.99 but it was advertised as R12.50. I called the call centre to report this today. Spoke to Thabo who told me you need to go back to Canal Walk as that is where you made the purchase. Then he has the audacity to tell me that I chose to shop there. I said Game won't compensate me for travelling there again and for parking. Then he asks me what I think he must do. I told him that he doesn't even ask what Game store is close to me. When I asked for a reference number for the call he said they don't have. Really pathetic service. Why must I run around when they did not do their pricing right?
