Since wednesday 23 oktober my phone has been unusable, i got an sms saying my phone has been recharged with airtime and since then i couldnt bbm or whatsapp, they turned my BIS off.i went to vodacom witch told me its an edgars contract. i went to edgars in the mall and they say all they can do is phone head office, since 23 oktober i called 4 times already and i went into store, someone put a contract on my phone with my number but it wasnt me, i do not even have an account with edgars, only a cash card. i asked them to phone me back, the one time they did, they told me they spoke to head office and they are fixing it, that was on friday 25 oktober 2013. today is wednesday again, i am without a phone now for 7 days, isnt there anything they can do to fix it or just respond on my calls, now i have to suffer for the mistake edgars made, if i phone to talk to them in worcester mall they ask me to phone back, I, ME, must use MY airtime to phone THEM to fix THEIR mistake, Where has customer service go to, i wil NEVER EVER EVER EVER get an acount with edgars and is so thankfull i never did.
