I bought a pair of Oakley Jupiter glasses in March 2013. A few weeks ago the grip that covers your ear started coming loose so I returned it to your Clearwater branch for repairs. I was promised a response within a week, 10 days later I phoned to inquire and was told the person who took my glasses will only be in on the next Monday. Therefore 2 weeks has passed and my glasses haven't even moved.
I was then told that the procedure to send in the glasses have changed. I then had to go and pickup my glasses, so that I can phone your company so they can come collect it from my house. Except for that being a flawed system, the phone number goes to voicemail and the email doesn't work. Also, your "brilliant" staff also lost my Oakley bag that came with the glasses.
Therefore I see only one solution to this problem. I want a new pair of sunglasses (the same as mine at the moment or a newer model), as I do not trust your company to repair my sunglasses.
Also, I would recommend that anybody wanting to buy sunglasses steer far away from Sunglass Hut.
