Waited 30 minutes plus at the express counter (10 items or less). Only ONE teller open. This poor teller then required a supervisor who never came. I, as a customer, went and called the supervisor. After that the same teller - incorrect prices were been scanned - not as advertised. Again, call the supervisor - none comes. I then called the store while standing in the queue. Asked the lady at the cigarette counter to assist but she was rude and unhelpful. Spoke to Vishen - he came to me at the till. Thanks to him things got moving. Unfortunately this happens ALL the time at this Pick n Pay. Never enough till points open. Customers should not have to wait at all.
