NO DEBIT ORDER GOING OFF MY ACCOUNT AS REQUESTED

During the month September i went to Russells store in Dobsonville to apply for loan, i got decliened but got approved but the lady on the store offered me goods on credit, which was also fine beacuse i need the money to buy appliance.
the lady at the store asked m which way i prefer to make the payment, i stated that the payment must be monthly Debit order from my account, and the first debit order was set to go off on the 20th October.so the contract was signed. 1.my appliance was not delivered to the correct address as request, even called on the day of the delivery to confirm the address, but still the were delivered incorrectly.
2.the fridge the picked was not the one that got, when we asked what happend, we got told that the fridge that was delived was the one that i qualified for, but i never got told that @ the store.
3.i went to the store first week of Octomber just to confirm the debit order account and date, and changed account from FNB to ABSA Account because going on forwards thats the account were my salary wil be paid in.the 20th of Octomber was sunday so debit order was set to go off on Monday, but nothing went off as request, 9days later no debit order is going of.
