DISGUSTING SERVICE

I purchased some appliances at Hirsch's - Strubesvalley (Johannesburg) (22/08/2013) to the value of R17950 of which one of the items was a gas stove (DEFY). I had a gas technician come and install everything and was told that the gas hob was probably faulty due to the fact of it making a "continuous clicking" noise which is not normal according to the technician. I then contacted Hirsch's - Strubensvalley last week Thursday and spoke to the sales lady whom we dealt with, (Vanitha Shunmugan) and informed her of the problem. She said she would log the fault with the service department and would then phone me back as to when a technician would be able to come out. It is now Tuesday and I haven't heard a word from her anybody from the technical service department. I contacted Hirsch's again this morning and asked to speak to Vanitha Shunmugan but was told she was in a meeting so I spoke to the lady on the switchboard who then put me through to the technical services department and gave all the information all over again and was told that someone would contact me in 5min time - that was about 2hrs ago -STILL WAITING!
