GETTING THE RUN AROUND

I just called the Edgars Westreet Branch in durban with the hope of finding out whether the store was in stock of a Pair of Nike trainers (wmns in-season tr2). The call was received by a woman who passed my call onto what was suppose to be the customer care department, i held on for a while naturally assuming they were busy. After a while a lady named Glenda at reception answered and asked me if i was waiting for customer care, i said yes and then about a minute later i was transferred to the supposed shoe department unfortunately the person on the other end contritely told me that i was transferred to the wrong department and that she could not be of assistance. She then transferred me back to glenda who apologised and said the she could not reach the womans shoe department and had thought that the woman at the other department would be able to assist. Again she transferred me to the shoe department with no luck (it seems the shoe department is either understaffed or everyone in that department vanished). After a while Glenda apologised and said that she could not get ahold of the staff in the shoe section (perhaps they where on the telephone), she took down my query request and
