I visited a few stores and could not find the item I was looking for so I requested Woolworths Westgate on 01/10 to get this item from another store. When I called back on 14/10, they could not locate the order and then they reordered. A day or two later, I received a call to say that they received the first order and that I should come pick up the item. I went into the store only to find that the incorrect item was ordered. I complained on their customer service website, no one responded. I then called customer service and someone sent me an email to say that the branch will contact me. To date, after numerous telephone calls, etc, I still do not have the item. I am highly disappointed in Woolworths and their customer service.
