I did not pay my Sport Scene account as arranged for barely 6 months as I was unemployed but made payments even if it was not the amount we agreed upon and you still placed a DEFAULT on my credit record on Jul 2012. In Nov 2012 I got a call from Nandi at "Pienaar Sithole & Associates" saying that if I can pay a certain amount they'd REMOVE the DEFAULT. Spoke with a Supervisor and we settled on an amount, which was a lot to give off at once, but I paid it up in December. I was assured the DEFAULT will be removed with 21 business days. *I guess they got their sale*
After I noticed that nothing was removed I went back and called and made it clear that I clearly understand what a default means and the Nandi lady and Superior PROMISED me a removal. I contacted your head office and was given the template script that it cannot be removed. You took my monies, update my credit report to PAID IN FULL, but the default is still there. Now I don't get any credit with the DEFAULT listed on my credit report even if it's PAID IN FULL, THE MAIN REASON I'M Bi@tCiNg ABOUT THIS NOW ONLY IS THAT I'D WANT TO APPLY FOR A BOND AND CANNOT.
