I purchased a coffee machine worth R 799.95 (Boardmans brand) and it broke after a month. I called the store and spoke to Ashley who eventually tracked down the colour i wanted (as per my original purchase) and she ordered it on the 19/09/2013 and advised me it takes 3-4 weeks to reach PE. I totally understood because the EC didnt have what i wanted. Last week being the 4th week i called the store again and spoke to Nombathemba who said my order was NEVER done!!! Spoke to a manager Liesel who advised i will get a call on the 22/10/2013- no call, i called back on the 25/010/2013 and was advised the issue is with the store manager Clinton (if im not mistaken) He says Nombathemba did call me and i didnt answer??? find that strange since the prev week she left me a voicemail and i called her back.
I am now told that the order will reach PE after Christmas so i advised Nombathemba that i will return the machine and reverse it off my acc and close this acc she said 'IF THATS WHAT I WANT"
Disgusted at the treatment im getting after been a paying client for years. I want my order by the end of the week or i will be using every social media possible incl newapapers!!
