No double points on the 25th and 26th of Octobe

On the 25th I visited PnP Soneike and their kiosk did not reflect the advertised double shopping day voucher to be printed. The staff at the store said "it would probably be doubled by Head office". On my return home I contacted the customer care re this voucher issue. I was told to revert to posting the till slips "in these "smart" times to get my double points. I said this is rather archaic in these "smartcard" times, she said she would sort it out in about a weeks time? On the 26th I went to PnP at Cape Gate and printed my double voucher, after the cashier rang up my goods, I presented her with my SMARTCARD and the voucher for the 26th. The cashier proceeded to scan in the double points voucher, and did not swipe my smart card, and then proceeded to ring off the transaction on the till as a cash sale, although i had not presented any payment yet. The cashier told the supervisor that she thought i had given her a bank card, not the SMARTCARD, but the transaction should still not be rung up as cash if i was paying by bank card. The only solution the supervisor had was to make copies of the till slip and card to send to head office. I left empty handed for CHECKERS.
