The complaint face will never show how sad and angry I am at this stage. I ordered a toy for my Stepdaughter's birthday (who we see only every 2nd weekend) on [URL Removed] because the delivery time on the other online shops would take too long, and on [URL Removed] it showed it would be dispatched whithin 24hours (if it was placed before 12:00 according to the terms and conditions). So as the birthday is this weekend I asked a friend to place the order and pay with her credit card in order for the payment to show immediately. The order was placed Tuesday 22 October 2013, I phoned yesterday and the call centre said it is with the Courier I will probably receive it by tomorrow (Friday 25 October 2013), this morning I called and the call centre at Kalahari says it only reached the courier this morning (25-10-2013) and I will receive it by Monday. Why? Because my delivery address is outside the main centre, very misleading, very!!! Rather remove the ""dispatched whithin 24 hours and you will receive it in 48 hours"" sentence because now the gift is still in Joburg and we are gonna look like telling a little girl your present will only com on Monday and she wont understand
