We bought a TV by Bears in July 2013 on credit the cash price would of been R4500.00 and my husband told them that he will pay the Tv off in 3 months its just that we did not have the cash at the time.
He collected the tv with our car, Bears charged us R400.00 delivery charge and he paid the TV in full in Mid August/Beginning September 2013.
A debit order has gone off his bank account twice already after he paid the tv in full, he went and stopped the debit order by the bank and stopped it be Bears, As the lady by Bears stopped it as well, but she did not go thru the right channels.
The lady by Bears Mrs Trott, told my husband that we must still pay the interest of R7000.00 this is more that what the tv is worth and we paid the tv in full.
My husband even told Mrs Trott that he will bring the tv back and they can refund him the money and she said that can not be done as the tv is used.
Please can you help us as this can not go on like this. I have seen more complaints about Bears on Hello peter
