I'd like to take this moment to say thank you to the gentleman involved, in him handling my query. I first spoke to him last Friday returning his call later in the day. He told him he was getting the Fifa 14 game today in the store. This past Monday I was very surprised when I heard again from him that he actually went all the way to a Trade Route Mall store to get me one as that store had the game. I know I haven't been to the store yet to buy one, but the fact that he took my query seriously meant a lot to me. Now that's great customer service. I felt important as a Game customer that I'm being taken seriously for a game. So thank you to Mr Matsaba for all the effort he put in ensuring that game is available at my disposal at Game Jabulani. He's a genuine professional and he deserves to be commended.
