Spillhaus apparently owned by look & Listen?? I therefore understand why they dont know jewellery. Wish I'd known this before spending R1500 on their products
I purchased 2 Swarovski rings at the Umghlanga store in Gateway shopping centre in Dec 2012.Less than 10 months later the silver is coming off & leaving a green residue on the fingers.
Visited Spillhaus store in Greenstone (Sun 20.10.2013). Shop assistant was rude, illiterate, badly presented & unprofessional. Have noticed that Greenstone store is not as busy as Umghlanga or Sandton -after visiting Greenstone I understand why!
-Was told there is 2yr guarantee on the jewellery, but because the rings are worn every day the guarantee is invalidated.
-Was told that it is costume jewellery not normal jewellery & they are not sure why it isn't advertised as costume jewellery only
-Asked for copy of warranty conditions-Was told they don't have any
-Was told it was pointless sending them back to head office in CT as it will take 3-4 weeks, & they will say the same thing - Guarantee invalidated by wearing rings every day
NEVER BUY ANY SWAROVSKI JEWELLERY - IT IS TERRIBLY OVERPRICED COSTUME JEWELLERY AND FAKE
