POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Yesterday morning at 09:h00am I called the store to query on pricing for an Ipad that I want to purchase, the sales consultant in this department was absolutely clueless on the products he is selling, as he could not provide me with pricing or specs on any IPad. I then asked to speak to his Manager, which promised to get a competent sales person to call me back. After I phoned twice yesterday to follow up when someone will be able to assist me, I was told again that someone will phone me back immediately. it is now a day later... and still no one has called. Clearly they have too much business that they dont need my support! I will go to a store that is focused on Sales and Customer Service!!!
