Okay so is Kalahari scamming us now? I placed an order on the 30th of September and the date of delivery has been changed FOUR times. I have been in contact with customer care and they tell me my order will be delivered on X date only for the date of delivery to change on teh system. Obviously this estimated date of delivery means nothing, Worse part is that I ordered a CD and DVD that is readily available so I dont understand how their supplier is struggling to get the items. The told the customer consultant that I was in contact with that I will cancel my order and she promptly told me that if i cancel I will receive my money only after a certain amount of days. I told her I will only cancel my order after I go to the system and I see that the delivery date has changed and guess what the delivery date has been moved again. I wilol never deal with this company again and I will make sure that I use every opportunity I have to tell people I know that Kalahari NEVER delivers!!
