We handed in 3 dresses on 14Jan for drycleaning, we were told that someone would call us on or before 17 Jan to give a quote, no one called or answered the phone, on 19Jan we went to them to find out what is going on, the worker and said the drycleaning people was still on holiday, and that the dresses would be picked up on 21Jan, on 22Jan the dresses was not at drycleaners yet but the worker asked for one more chance and he promised that the cost would not be more than R200. Joel the owner called later and said it was going to cost R 350, we told him to leave it then and we were suppose to pick up the dresses on 24Jan, on 24Jan the dresses were not at Multiserv and Joel called later and said they would do it for R150 now and that we could get the dresses on 25Jan, we gave them an extra day and only went to collect the dresses on 26Jan, but the worker did not want to give us the dresses for R150, because Joel did not communicate to him, after about 45 min Joel decided to let the worker know that we agreed on R150. The worker was rude and laughed at us before Joel called him, like he thought we were. No one apologised as if they did not make a mistake at all.
