I have been trying for the past 2 months to sort out my account. Egars keeps phoning me and telling me my installment is R9000.00 which is impossible as my total acciunt is R11000.00. I have phoned numerous times and complained but it seems to fall on deaf ears. They also never get back.
I have now reached the point to inform them that if they blacklist me or put me on itc i will sue them.
Its ridiculous you pay your installment every month like you supposed to and they still up.
