I received a mail from Kalahari on Friday stating that I will be refunded for a CD that I bought but that they cannot source.
How many times do I need to tell Kalahari that I DO NOT WANT a refund but I will rather wait for my order??!! I mentioned this on my original order and on my last complaint to Kalahari. What is so difficult to understand about that?
The excuse about not being able to source the item is absolute rubbish! I can step into any music store and buy it myself. If i can do this, why cant Kalahari do it?
This is honestly the last time I use Kalahari ever again. Your inability to listen to customers and deliver on their requests has lost you a client.
Yes Kalahari is convenient, but not if it comes with such incompetence.
I am very disappointed.
