OMO guaranteed free gift competition no callback

Sent this on 6oct 2013 "I bought two OMO Promotional packs advertising three different gifts that are guaranteed. On opening the products about two and a half weeks ago I followed the instructions and dialled the dial free number and was informed that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Its been two and a half weeks and nothing happened, guess this is false advertising on OMO side making customers buy the product and not promising what is advertised."

and it is now the 19thoct and still have not heard anything, guess they cant even keep to an agreement via a complaint or email.
