I ordered a product from one of Takealot's daily specials at the end of September, but it never arrived on the delivery date. I then logged onto the website and the order was apparently cancelled but had taken the money from my credit card. After going back and forth for a few days via email, the Takealot team managed to sort out the whole ordeal.
