I bought an outdoor patio set about 6 months ago from Makro which started to rust. I contacted them requesting a swap out. They unfortunately will not swap my patio set out, but will pass me a store credit, once I bring my set in. I mentioned that I am unable to bring the set in as it would not fit in my car and asked if they could not drop off a swap out unit since I did want another patio set. They said that they would not be able to assist me as they do not have vehicles that do that and it would then be a cost incurred to them to do that. Nice one Makro, so much for customer services!!! Now I have to pay to transport the defective product to Makro in order to receive my store credit.
