I purchased a bottle of Omo liquid in August. a sticker on the bottle promised a "guaranteed gift - Free movie ticket or meal voucher or mani / pedi" i followed the dial in instructions an selected the meal option. i received an sms confirmation promising that they would contact me to arrange. since then have i heard nothing. last week i phoned Unilever customer services to complain. i was promised that the matter would be escalated with the company doing the promotion and i would be contacted soon, a week has passed and i have heard nothing. it seems that the promise of a free gift is no more than a to sell their products and they have no intention of delivering.
