Edgars account reactivated without my consent

I received an Edgars statement advising that I owe Edgars R20 years after I requested it to be cancelled. How, why this account was reactivated is beyond me. I have no interest in having an Edgars account and I want the account to remained cancelled. I need Edgars to explain to me why this account was reactivated?
