Went to Mr Price Home on Sunday the 13 October 2013 at 10h00 I wanted to buy a mirror so went to the till to pay and Savuyile tried his hardest to find the product on the system we both went into every product on the till that said mirror, but we had not luck. We even viewed all the pictures but the product was not on the system. He went to the shelves to see if there was any code etc... Nothing! He even went to see if any product looked the same. Nothing! After 45min I ask fot the manager, they told me the manager was not on duty so Wendy the supervisor tried to helped me but she was just doing the same as what Savuyile and I had just done. Eventually there was quite a few cashiers helping such as Nokhyana I said I could not believe that they put something on the floor and don't have a price! Wendy then told me they could not find the price and I would have to leave my number and get it at another time when they find the price as the person who put them onto the floor took them all out of the boxes and threw them away so did not have an item code. Tell me MR PRICE HOME whose fault is it that there is NO PRICE on an item and NO one can help me??? Why was there No Manager on duty??
