My order number Order #1000159462 still has not arrived. I made the order on the 4th of September expecting it to arrive a few days later as it indicated but it has nearly been 2 months later?
I DO NOT want the order cancelled and I DO NOT want a refund because that happened automatically last time there was a delay and I was very upset about that.
I have called in and I keep getting false promises of delivery days by the call centre operators.
Why is Kalahari unable to deliver the service they used to? I have lost all confidence in Kalahari and will not use them again.
