NO SLIP NO RETURN POLICY

Thursday purchase 10 October. I bought three pairs of pants, all the same size. I tried on two out of three pairs. I wore the one pair on Friday, the second pair on Sunday and when I tried the third pair on - today, 14 October, I realised that even though it was the exact same size, they did not fit me. I immediately took the pants back for a return but had no slip as I threw the packet and slip away on the 10th of October. I was told that Zara return policy is no slip no return. I mentioned that part of their return policy also states that if information about the product is inaccurate, it warrants a return. Clearly, if they claim the pants is a size and it's not - they should consider a return. The answer was still no. The tags etc were all still 100% in place and it was clear that the pants was never worn. Very upset and will not go back to Zara again. What if your handbag is with the slips inside, or you received a birthday gift? Or in my case you are prepared to exchange it for another size? Still the answer is no slip no return? Absolutely outrageous and provides the consumer with no protection or any rights.
