I was called last week (09-10-2013) by one of the agent from Black and Associates to let me know that the last payment i made on my Joshua Doore account was on the 27th August 2013 and my account is now in arrears. My last payment wasis on the 20th September 2013 as we got paid early because of the holiday that was on the 24th and have send a proof of payment to [Email Removed] email address after i called the missed call number (0315384111) on my phone because i was in a meeting.
I am now concerned about the extra charges that are incurred when an account is handed over to the collections agencies and the late paymentno payment information that is send to the credit bureaus and would like this to be rectified as i did make a payment for September month of R1200 and my instalment is R1144.
