I apply for my Woolworths card then get an sms to collect it at Westgate branch. I don't use it for a week or two then go and use it at Clearwater Woolworths. I could not believe it, I get told after I had purchased a few items and had stood in the queue for 15 minutes that the card declined. Eventually after phoning head office and going up to customer service I find out the card was cancelled because I never collected it BUT I AM STANDING WITH THE SIGNED CARD IN MY HAND. WTH!!! I had to wait for a temporary card and then must go back to Woolworths for a new card again. IF THEY DID THEIR WORK AND DONT STAND AROUND ALL DAY CHATTING ABOUT THEIR WORK WOULD BE DONE AND THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. I am embarrassed and furious Woolworths this not acceptable.
