My Edgars mastercard account was handed over to attorneys due to non payment. I was part of the big financial crunch that hit SA a few years ago before the NCR act came in to place. I settled this account last year in November, but my account is still listed on Transunion ITC, Experian and XDS as unpaid/overdue for 9 months. This is reflecting very badly on my credit report that I have started to rectify in November 2012. It's just funny how companies are very easy to hand you over and harrass you when you don't pay, but as soon as you settle the account they dissappear from the face of the earth and nobody can help you to get this sort out. I urgently need somebody to assist me to get this sorted out in management, cause call centre agents just won't do regarding this matter anymore. Passing the buck and having to tell the story over and over to somebody new everytime is getting frustrating and becoming a losing battle. I am fed up now! Is this what happens when you rectify an account that was overdue???
