On 28 Sept I lodged a complaint about poor service and out of stocks. On 30 Sept I received a response from Wendy-Lee Millar at Customer Care (ref 8001110141) advising me that they have handed the matter over to their Western Cape Regional office and that I will soon hear from them. Tomorrow it will be 14 days since Customer Care handed this over to the Regional office and still I have had no response from them.

If their Regional office cannot get back to customers in less than 14 days it is no wonder that both the Pick 'n Pays in Worcester are in such a state.

On 7 Oct I went to the Pick 'n Pay in town to get some tomatoes only to find no tomatoes and when I asked one of the people working in Fruit and Veg why do they not have tomatoes I was told that their stock has not arrived and for the rest of the week they will not have tomatoes.

Trust me in the year that I have lived in Worcester both the Pick 'n Pays has gone downhill and I will in future rather shop at Checkers or Shoprite before going through this experience with Pick 'n Pay again.
