We bought 3 cartridges from them on the 13th of September 2013. Returned it on the 14th of September 2013. On the day of the return we were informed that we have to wait 5 days for the supplier to check if the cartridges is damaged or not. They will get in touch with us. After 7 days we followed it up were several messages were left. No one phoned back! After visiting the shop on the 30th of September 2013 they promised to do a full refund within 72 hours. 72 hours come and go and still no refund. On the 8th of October Adrian the director at Head Office said it will be on this friday the 11th of October 2013 payment run. Now on the 12th of October 2013 still no payment received. No answer at the Head office or the Wilropark branch.
BE CAREFUL THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! Don't support them PLEASE! They don't deserve to be in business.
