I ordered 3 x items - A box of A4 Paper, packet of sponges and a 5liter car shampoo. This was ordered about 10 days ago for delivery today 11.10.2013 between 11am and 12pm. Yesterday I received a call to inform me that all of the products were out of stock and I was looking at about 2 weeks time. I have another pending order to be delivered on Tuesday 15.10.2013. I gave the order number and asked that a swop be done on my 2 orders, seen as I have a slot for today (11.10.2013). I have now (a hour after my slot time) received a call so say that this is not possible as they are too full??? This after I received a confirmation test last night reminding me of my delivery. How is this not possible when I had as slot time BOOKED over 10 days ago??? Fantastic customer service PNP - think I will go straight back to reliable Woolworths.
