So, like everyone else, I went to the store to go and pickup the 2.5" 2TB deal, only to be told I can't have it and it is only available in 3.5". Arguments with the illiterate staff members aside, I left. IC think they can hide from the consumer protection act. Will be submitting my ASA complaint soon, unless IC apologizes directly to me and offering me the the 2.5" 2TB for R899 as advertised.
Incredible Corruption living up to it's name again! I bought a few products from them in the past, was starting to think they weren't that bad, but alas, they don't give a about their customers.
Now don't reply to this and say "We are investigating the matter", there is nothing to investigate. Read your own pamphlet and sell that item to me, I don't care if it was advertised wrongly, you advertised it, by law you have to sell what you advertise!
