Bad service &no concern/consideration of my time

I went to Checkers Columbine-Computicket on 8October to collect my Rihanna tickets. The lady at the till took my cards and after 15 minutes told me that the printer is not working and to go to Computicket at the Glen. She gave me no other details. I went to the Glen, 9October. The lady told me that my tickets were already collected on the 8October at Checkers. I was shocked. If Checkers was aware that my tickets had printed why had they not called me. If they had notified me ahead of time it would have saved me a trip to the Glen which is out of my regular route. It would have also saved me looking like I a and trying to computicket by claiming tickets twice. The lady at the Glen told me to go back to Checkers. I insisted she phone to confirm, with Checkers staff, as I did not want to deal with confused incompetent staff. I had to make a second trip to Checkers Columbine. I had to wait again, even though the tickets were printed and in an envelope under the desk. Nobody apologised for the inconvenience. I requested to speak to the manager and all she gave me was an insincere, sorry. Checkers had my tickets (R1315). What were they going to do had I not picked them
