This afternoon I went to the Jet I always go to and always get the best service from the ladies at the counters but today was something else. I bought a top, underwear and two pairs of pump shoes, because the security told me to hurry up as they about to close I rushed to the counter then fitted one of the shoes after I paid and I didn't like the shoes, then I asked her to refund it, then she asked why, with an attitude then I told her I don't like them, then to my shocking surprise she asked me why did I take the shoes in the first place, then I asked her to repeat her questing as I found that very rude as Im entitled to a refund If im not happy with the goods, then she told the lady at the lady at the far end, shouting that I bought the shoes now I want a refund, with an attitude, then I asked her not to give me attitude but she carried on arguing with me and all the jet staff and customers who were there witnessed this. I told her no to forget who the customer is and she told me I should also not forget who the customer is, then then one of the ladies told her to refund it as Im not taking it and I said 'exactly, then she said ' uthi exactly? I would like her to be dealt with
