My account was on arrears for a long time and I was getting phone calls from Jet credit collectors. on December 2012 I paid up my account in full at Jet Riverside Mall in Nelspruit. I call back the lawyers to notified them about my payments, they gave me EDCON Number to call to request paid up letter. I called several time until I was assisted by Elizabeth Bowden - Customer Services who e-mail Paid up letter to me on 22 April 2013. on 09 October 2013 I applied for vehicle finance and I was told that I am still owing R1928, where is the amount coming from since I paid up the account in December and receive the letter in April.. In the letter I was told that the payment profile will be updated at the credit bureau and it seems like it is not done yet.. Please help me to resolve this issue
