In August 2013 I did a laybye of Alba Couch plus free ottoman, requested black. They promised to deliver my my couches as soon as I've paid in full. In September I paid the outstanding balance and I was told that they are going to order my couches from Mthatha Branch as they did not have black at that time. I waited and they kept phoning me saying that they are still looking and will deliver very soon. Today I got a call that I must come take my money back as they do not have the couches and the manufacturer is no longer manufacturing the couches and they could not place the order after I've paid the deposit, they had to wait until the order was paid in full (that I was never told when I was paying the deposit) and after I've paid the full amount they kept phoning me promising to deliver my couches and I want my couches very soon as I have paid for them in full in September.
