Terrible telephone attitude and abuse

RL Daly Attorneys that handles Edgars accounts that are in arrears are disgusting the way they treat people. yes i am in arrears but do they ever take into account as to why some people can't stick to an arrangement. they start asking personal questions in a sarcastic and abrupt way and harass me with phone calls, messages and emails. this morning i received a call from 1 of the agents that works at RL Daly Attorneys and she was giving me attitude after i told RL Daly Attorneys that i don't get paid enough to always be able to afford to pay edgars as my mother used handle that account before she fell ill and now cannot work and me having to be the only bread winner. it doesn't mean people are in arrears that they need to be treated badly, there are out there that get more respect than I do from RL Daly Attorneys. i was truly shocked because i have severe laryngitis and can barely talk but these people keep talking to me as if i am a criminal...
