I gave my sister money to buy a Seagate Expansion Drive that was on special. I forgot to mention to her that it was supposed to come with free AVG Internet Security Software. It was only upon receiving it that I realised the software wasn't included. I then contacted Makro on Twitter and they gave me an email address to send my query to along with my contact details. That was on the 3rd of October. I have yet to hear from them either by tepephone or a reply to my email.
