When you want to buy at Naartjie's on-line store, make sure that you comply with their limited methods of payment. Naartjie's website allow only EFT payments from 4 South African banks, or the popular credit card payment method. If you bank with any other bank, you need to go through a dragged out and tedious process of mailing them to get banking details, pay them (hopefully via direct deposit otherwise this may take a few days!) and forward proof of payment to them (otherwise they are unable to track your payment on their bank statement!). My payment was done on Monday, my bank has sent proof of payment to them and now, on Thursday I still have no answer. Once my payment shows up in their bank account, an e-voucher will be issued. Only THEN can my on-line buying started. Certainly not the quickest way to shop! If only we stayed in South Africa, I would go directly into a Naartjie store for my purchase.
