Bad workmanship and bad customer service

Hello,

I am very unhappy with the quality of the service i received from the Glasfit Pinetown branch. I got smash and grab window laminate installed on my new vehicle. I was under the impression that i would be "fitting the best" to my vehicle. I was instructed that after installing the smash and grab to my vehicle, that it would take up to 4 weeks for the adhesive bubbles and marks to evaporate and disappear. It has now been more than 2 months and the adhesive marks are still clearly visible.

Not only is there adhesive marks, but the film has not been cut carefully and has rough edges. I was given excuses about that area being small where the laminate has been applied was the reason for this. I do not think this is acceptable as "the best".

I'm embarrassed about the look of it. And my car is only a couple months old.

There is also still a bubble on my rear windscreen which I've now been informed that replacing the rear windscreen laminate will possibly damage my rear windscreen heating. I was never informed of this prior to installation!!

if the laminate can't be replaced without damaging or interfering with the interior then i want my money back!
